- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
We currently ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
At this time, Ai-Peptides ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping due to varying regulations on research compounds. Please check back in the future for updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Seized Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If your order is lost in transit or seized by customs, please contact us at support@ai-peptides.com within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Ai-Peptides is not responsible for delays or seizures due to incorrect addresses or regulatory issues.
